FAQ about ordering online:

I have never ordered online before - is it safe?
Please be assured that our online payment methods are secure. We do NOT store any of your credit card details on our web server. All online payments are processed by Eway transmitted over a secure session via 256 bit encryption, using our own SSL certificate. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the industry standard for conducting secure transactions over the Internet. These measures add extra levels of security for you the customer so you can be assured that internationally recognised companies with the highest levels of security are looking after your credit card details.

In addition, you can also pay offline by phone or fax, by downloading our order form.

How to place an order
That's easy – just browse through our products and if you see something you want to buy, select the colour and size and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can then choose to continue shopping or you can proceed to check out.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?
After you 'Add to Cart', the items will be placed in your shopping cart until you check out. You can review your cart anytime by clicking on the 'View Basket' button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, click on 'remove' and then update.

How do I finalise my order?
Finalising you order is easy: Go to your shopping cart by clicking the 'View Cart Contents' button to review your order. Then click the Proceed to Checkout button and follow the instructions. You will need to know your contact details, delivery address, the billing address of the credit card you are using (if different to the delivery address), your contact details and your credit card details.

Once your payment has been processed you will see a copy of your invoice on the screen, you will also be emailed a copy of the invoice for your records. You can also log into our web site at any time in the future and see you purchase history.

If an order is placed using one of our offline methods, please remember that your order cannot be processed until payment has been cleared. A direct deposit can take 2–3 working days to clear.
